I received the Nokia N900 phone and really loved it. But about a week after I got it, the phone started turning off and then it turned off and would not come back on no matter what I did. They sent me a replacement phone immediately and an UPS label to return the phone for free. I just had to return this original phone within 30 days or I would be charged for both phones. New phone is working fine. I know that any company can have a product that is defective, so I don't hold it against Nokia or Amazon.
